📜 DOCTYPE: Telling the Browser What Game We are Playing!

Imagine you invite a friend to play a game. First, you have to tell them the rules, right?

<!DOCTYPE html> does exactly that! It tells your web browser: 'Hey! I am writing in HTML5, the newest version of web design. Please parse my page correctly!'

Preamble: It must always sit on the very first line of your file. No spaces or tags before it!

No Close Tag: It's a declaration, so it doesn't need a closing tag like `</doctype>`.
